Top-Loader 2100 s High-capacity cup packer in format-flexible design

For the modular concept of the sema Top-Loader 2100 s we have designed a combined version.
Our customers asked for a version with two packaging steps in one machine. Particularly to pack cups first in a Flimsy tray and then the Flimsy tray with the cups in a carton tray.
The format-flexibility of two cup diameters and three cup heights is realized without change- or format parts, so that shortest change times are possible.
Also very important is the central cup height adjustment in the cup infeed, so faults during a format change can be nearly excluded and the equipment efficiency can be increased.
Cup handling is carried out by the sema handling module with a format-flexible cup gripper with mechanical single gripping segments. Here you can find further packaging solution ➔ business unit packaging technology.
